As a Riserva, Italian law requires it to be aged for at least 18 months in wooden barrels – however, for the EVO Grappa Riserva, significantly longer-aged distillates were used to create a particularly harmonious overall profile.

The long aging period in carefully selected oak barrels gives it remarkable depth, a soft texture, and an aromatic profile rich in spicy and fruity components.
