The MIM Brandy NANA is an exceptional cashew apple brandy, originating from the heart of Ghana and ranking among the world's rarest distillates of its kind. It is produced on the family-run MIM Cashew Plantation, which spans over 760 hectares and is known for its organic, sustainably managed agriculture. Approximately 600 tons of cashew nuts are grown there annually – but the real secret lies in a previously little-used byproduct: the cashew apple.

Few people know that cashew nuts grow on so-called cashew apples. These sweet and sour, aromatic fruits are extremely perishable – but through skillful processing, MIM succeeded in preserving their intense aroma through distillation. The freshly harvested cashew apples are pressed, fermented, and then processed into a fruity "wine," which is then gently distilled and aged in small oak barrels and ex-Bourbon casks under tropical conditions. This process creates MIM Nana, a brandy with character that is a true rarity due to its origin, craftsmanship, and exotic raw material.
