For this DOC-certified rosé cuvée, the family winery Paladin uses a harmonious combination of Glera and Pinot Noir (Pinot Nero). The second fermentation takes place gently using the Charmat method in stainless steel tanks, developing a fine, creamy perlage and an expressive aroma profile.
