The Scheiblhofer Praittenbrunn 2021 is a powerful, internationally inspired red wine of great depth and finesse. It unites the best of two grape varieties – Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot – in a masterful cuvée that elevates the potential of Burgenland to a world-class level. Grown in the best vineyards around Andau and vinified with the utmost care, this wine is an expression of modern Austrian red wine artistry.

The maturation takes place in two phases of 16 months each in new French barriques, which, in addition to structure and depth, gives the wine complex aromas and aging potential. With an alcohol content of 15% Vol., enormous concentration, and Scheiblhofer's typical signature, the Praittenbrunn is a monumental red wine – powerful, structured, and elegant at the same time.

The dense texture, the fine acidity structure, and the striking yet ripe tannins give this wine enormous aging potential until at least 2039, although intensive moments of enjoyment can already be created by decanting.
