The Foursquare Détente 10 Years Old is a limited edition bottling from the renowned Exceptional Cask Selection of the Foursquare Distillery in Barbados. As a classic Single Blended Rum, it combines Pot Still and Column Still distillates, which gives it remarkable depth, structure and elegance – a hallmark of Master Distiller Richard Seale's signature style.

This edition matured for a full 10 years in a tropical climate, with storage taking place in a combination of ex-Bourbon casks and ex-Port wine casks. The latter lend the rum additional fruity and complex aromas, without losing the oak spice and typical Barbados character. With an alcohol content of 51% Vol., the Détente was bottled at cask strength – naturally without sugar, colorants or additives. The result is a rum with a distinctive profile, successfully combining elegance and expressiveness.
