This grappa is aged for 8 to 10 years in oak casks, which gives it its characteristic colour and aromas. Through this long ageing process, the grappa develops a balanced smoothness and a full-bodied, complex flavour characterised by subtle notes of oak and vanilla.

Distillation takes place using a discontinuous process in copper stills, ensuring a particularly pure extraction of a wide range of aromas. After distillation, the grappa is stored in barrique casks, allowing the flavours to develop further and giving the grappa a gentle, woody note as well as a slight sweetness of caramel and vanilla.
