The Hannes Reeh Heideboden Cuvée Rot 2021 14 % Vol. 0.75 l is a powerful yet elegant red wine cuvée from Burgenland, impressively reflecting the region's potential. Composed of 60% Zweigelt, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Merlot, it combines the fruity richness of Zweigelt with the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon and the soft elegance of Merlot. The grapes originate from gravel soils with sandy components and are carefully hand-picked.


The vinification involves spontaneous fermentation and a four-week maceration period, ensuring intense color and aromas. Subsequent aging in stainless steel tanks and barriques lends the wine additional complexity and depth. Sealed with a screw cap, it optimally preserves its freshness and aroma. It can be stored until 2033, offering a special tasting experience both young and aged.
