The Balvenie 12 Years Old Double Wood 40% Vol. 0.05 l is the miniature edition of one of the most famous single malt Scotch whiskies from the renowned Balvenie Distillery in Dufftown, Speyside. Since 1892, the distillery has stood for traditional craftsmanship, its own malting floors, and whisky production characterized by the highest diligence. With the Double Wood, The Balvenie has created an bottling that achieves a particularly complex character through maturation in two different cask types.


The whisky first matured for many years in classic ex-bourbon casks made of American oak, which impart vanilla and honey notes.
