Bottega Alexander Aqva Di Vita Grappa Bianca is a fine, crystal-clear pomace brandy from north-eastern Italy that embodies the pure essence of Italian distilling craftsmanship. It is made from healthy, fresh and vinous pomace from the north-east’s most renowned wine-growing regions, which is gently stored immediately after pressing to preserve its full quality and aroma. This careful selection and processing of the raw materials is the first and crucial step in the production of a high-quality grappa.


Alexander Grappa Bianca is crafted from a finely balanced cuvée of the finest grape varieties from northern Italy. Distillation takes place in traditional copper stills in three phases at different temperatures to optimally preserve the aromatic diversity. Thanks to vacuum distillation, the volatile aromatic compounds are preserved, whilst bain-marie heating (an indirect water bath method) enables a particularly gentle and controlled process. The grappa is then aged for around six months in stainless-steel tanks, which harmonises its flavour profile and creates an unrivalled smoothness.
