The Canella LIDO Prosecco Rosé Millesimato DOC 2024 is an elegant and fresh Italian sparkling wine from Veneto, combining the lightness of the Prosecco tradition with the delicate aromas of a rosé. It is produced according to the strict regulations of the DOC Prosecco Rosé, which has been officially recognized since 2020. The basis consists of the Glera and Pinot Noir grape varieties, which together ensure freshness, fruitiness, and delicate color. With an alcohol content of 11% Vol., this Prosecco Rosé is pleasantly light, sparkling, and versatile.


Vinification takes place using the Charmat method, where the base wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and enriched with carbon dioxide. The Pinot Noir is carefully vinified as a rosé and then blended with Glera to give the Prosecco its delicate salmon-pink color, aromatic intensity, and finesse. The result is a Prosecco Rosé that impresses with its freshness, fine perlage, and elegant balance – perfect for summer aperitifs and festive occasions.
