The soils of the region are extremely diverse, consisting of hard Garrigue limestone, slate, and pebbles carried by rivers. This terroir gives the wine its mineral freshness and aromatic depth. The semi-dry Mediterranean climate with mild winters and the influence of the sea and altitude ensures a perfect balance between ripeness and freshness of the grapes. The wine is 100% Chardonnay, vinified and aged with the utmost care to preserve the full expressive power of the grape variety.
