The vinification is carried out with the utmost care: After natural spontaneous fermentation, the wine matures for 6 to 12 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, which gives it additional depth and texture without losing its freshness. With an ideal drinking maturity from 2025 to 2030, this Gelber Muskateller is an exceptional pleasure both young and aged.
