The cuvée consists of Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, three grape varieties that lend the wine structure, fruit, and spice. Filtration and fining are deliberately avoided – the wine remains natural and unrefined, which gives it its authentic cloudiness and original vibrancy.
