The vines grow on limestone and clay soils under a continental climate characterized by hot days and cool nights. These conditions ensure perfectly ripened grapes with intense aromatics and precise structure.


After selective hand-picking, the grapes are gently processed and fermented at controlled temperatures. The wine then matures for at least 15 months in oak barrels, developing its harmonious balance between ripe fruit, spice, and structure. The Portia Prima La Encina Ribera del Duero 2022 is limited to just 15,756 bottles – a wine of rare exclusivity and outstanding quality that reflects the best of the region.
