It is made from hand-picked elderflowers from the region, along with a finely balanced selection of aromatic herbs that give it its fresh, fruity yet complex character. This non-alcoholic vermouth is the result of a collaborative project between the Schauer Winery, the producers of STIN Gin, and the Graz-based bartenders and lifestyle restaurateurs Alex Knoll and Simon Possegger. This collaboration combines wine expertise, distilling know-how and modern bar culture to create an exceptional aperitif that deliberately sets itself apart from conventional non-alcoholic drinks.
