The Nardini Grappa Riserva 15 Anni is considered the flagship of the traditional Nardini house from Bassano del Grappa, Italy's oldest grappa distillery. This exceptional Riserva is an exemplary representation of centuries-old distillation art, uncompromising raw material selection, and extraordinary maturity. For this bottling, only pomace from Veneto and Friuli is used, which is fermented immediately upon arrival at the distillery to preserve freshness and aromatic precision.


The distillation is carried out particularly gently, twice with steam and under vacuum, a process that allows fine aromas to be optimally preserved and undesirable harshness to be avoided. The grappa then matures for 15 years in large Slavonian oak barrels, a type of wood known for its subtle, structuring effect. During this long maturation period, an exceptionally harmonious and profound character develops, combining power, elegance, and finesse. Bottled at 45% vol., this Riserva presents itself as balanced, complex, and impressively long.
