(Protected Designation of Origin). The refinement is consistently carried out according to the Méthode Traditionnelle, with the sparkling wine maturing on the lees for at least 15 months, thereby developing depth, creaminess, and complexity. With an alcohol content of 12%, this bottling is balanced, elegant, and precisely structured.


The Schlumberger Sparkling KLASSIK Brut is dosed as Brut and impresses with clear freshness, harmonious balance, and a multifaceted character. It is vegan and has an extremely low histamine content of less than 0.1 mg/l. The traditional cellar point signature emphasizes its artisanal origin. This Austrian classic develops its full aroma particularly well at a drinking temperature of 8 to 10 °C. For optimal enjoyment, it is recommended to drink it from a wine glass.
