Produced by V8+, this bottling is made exclusively from the Glera grape variety and is bottled in a 1.5 l Magnum bottle, known for particularly even maturation and elegant perlage. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 30 to 40 meters above sea level in the Venetian plain and are characterized by a moderately deep, alkaline silty-clay terroir resting on a historical soil layer, the Caranto-Paleosol. With a planting density of 3,600 to 4,000 vines per hectare, a yield of around 180 quintals per hectare, and Free-Cordon and Double-Overturned training systems, consistent grape quality is achieved. The moderate, slightly humid climate benefits from its proximity to the Adriatic Sea and the distinct temperature differences between cool Bora winds and warm-humid Scirocco currents, which promote aromatic development. After harvesting, a gentle pneumatic pressing with rapid must separation is performed, followed by fermentation at 15 to 16 °C in stainless steel tanks. The secondary fermentation using the Martinotti method lasts at least 30 days and ensures a finely integrated, lively perlage.
