The distillery from Fife pursues a consistently holistic approach from grain cultivation to bottling, relying on regional raw materials, technical precision, and new ways of thinking in whisky production. The goal is to create Single Malt Scotch Whisky with a clear origin, high recognition value, and tangible complexity, consciously distinguishing itself from the mainstream.


The KinGlassie Raw is a heavily peated Fife Single Malt Scotch Whisky, distilled only two weeks a year in winter. Exclusively barley malt from Fife is used, which is peated with mainland peat to over 50 ppm, giving the whisky its powerful smoky character. Maturation takes place for eight years exclusively in former American oak bourbon casks, which clearly emphasizes the raw distillery character. Bottled at 46.3%, non-chill-filtered, and without added coloring, this bottling presents itself as uncompromising, structured, and authentic. The tin box adds extra protection to the bottling and underlines the independent appearance of this smoky edition.
