This Dominican Republic Rum was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2022, giving it an age of 10 years. Distillation took place in Multi Column Stills, while maturation first occurred for 3 years tropically in the Caribbean and then for 7 years in Europe. The aged rum was stored in selected ex-Bourbon casks, which developed a balanced interplay of cask character and distillate structure. The bottling is also limited to 5,500 bottles worldwide, making this limited rum particularly interesting for collectors and lovers of authentic rums.
