The Minuty M Côtes de Provence Rosé Lucia Vinti 2025 12.5% vol. 1.5 litre is the Magnum edition of the limited artist collaboration around the famous Cuvée M Rosé from the traditional Château Minuty on the Saint-Tropez peninsula. For the 2026 season, Italian artist Lucia Vinti is bringing her creative vision to the bottle and combining Provençal wine tradition with modern art. The project was supported by French photographer Lisa Raio, who captured the atmosphere and inspiration of this edition during the artistic residency at the winery. The illustration picks up on the aromatic style of rosé and interprets it in a luminous composition that reflects the Mediterranean lifestyle and summer tables in Provence.


The rosé wine from the AOP Côtes de Provence is made from a precise blend of the Grenache (60%), Syrah (20%), Cinsault (15%) and Tibouren (5%) grape varieties. The grapes come from various terroirs in the Côtes de Provence, both from coastal vineyards with a maritime influence and from vineyards with a continental influence. After direct pressing, the musts are clarified and fermented at low temperatures to preserve their aromatic purity. Maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation, which preserves the freshness, vibrancy and precise fruit structure of the wine.


Typical of the Minuty Rosé style, this vintage is particularly fresh, fruity and elegant. The magnum bottle (1.5 litres) is ideal for convivial occasions and summer evenings where Mediterranean enjoyment and stylish presentation take centre stage. Served at 8-10°C, the wine develops its lively flavour particularly well and shows its best drinking maturity within around 12 to 18 months after the harvest.
