Description
NikStiv Grüner Veltliner & Müller-Thurgau Alcohol-Free is an alcohol-free, histamine-free and carbonated soft drink made from verjus, combining Austrian winemaking tradition with innovative winemaking techniques. The 0.75-litre bottle of NikStiv is made from carefully selected grapes of the Grüner Veltliner and Müller-Thurgau varieties. This speciality was developed by the two young oenologists Stefan and Niki from Stefanshof, who transformed traditional verjus into a modern, sparkling alternative. After processing, NikStiv is carbonated and then cold-sterilised and bottled, which preserves its fresh and easy-drinking character. It is particularly worth noting that NikStiv is produced without alcohol, histamine or sulphur dioxide.
NikStiv alcohol-free is characterised by its combination of delicate grape fruitiness and lively acidity, offering an interesting alcohol-free alternative to sparkling wine. Its lively effervescence makes it an easy-going party and refreshment drink that can be enjoyed both as a toast and on its own. As an alcohol-free aperitif from Austria, NikStiv is ideal for receptions, celebrations, brunch and numerous other occasions where a sparkling, alcohol-free drink is called for.
