The Isle of Raasay Distillery is situated on the small Hebridean island of Raasay, off the coast of the Isle of Skye, and uses 100 per cent Scottish malted barley for its single malt. The Na Sia range allows you to explore individual cask components of the distillery’s concept separately and understand their influence on the distillate. In the case of Single Cask #18/839, the focus is particularly on the combination of smoke and the spicy characteristics of a cask previously filled with American rye whisky. This 7-year-old peated Isle of Raasay single malt is bottled at a robust 57.3 per cent ABV, in its natural colour and without chill filtration. The 0.7-litre bottle is also presented in a gift box.
