Topanito Reposado Tequila 100% Agave Azul is a premium tequila from Mexico, produced exclusively from 100 per cent blue Weber agave (Agave tequilana). It is produced in small batches at Casa Maestri, located in the historic tequila-producing town of Tequila in Jalisco. After harvesting, the agave hearts are baked in brick ovens, preparing them for the subsequent fermentation process. Fermentation takes place using natural yeasts, before the fermented agave must is distilled twice in copper stills. Through this artisanal production process, Topanito highlights the original character of the Blue Weber agave, combining traditional production methods with a versatile style.


After distillation, Topanito Reposado is aged for around six months in oak casks. This cask ageing lends the distillate additional depth without masking the characteristic agave flavour. The fruity agave base blends with soft, spicy and oak-influenced notes. The combination of small-batch production, 100% Agave Azul, natural fermentation, double copper distillation and six months’ ageing in oak casks makes the Topanito Reposado a versatile representative of its category. With an alcohol content of 40 per cent and a bottle size of 0.7 litres, this 100 per cent agave Reposado tequila is ideal both for drinking neat and as a premium base for classic and modern tequila cocktails.
