Quicky fruit liqueur is a fruit-forward liqueur from Germany, centred on the intense aroma of blackcurrants. The dark berries give the liqueur its characteristic sweet-and-tart fruit profile and lend it a robust, juicy character. To produce it, selected blackcurrants are extracted to capture their typical fruit flavours. The extracted components are then combined with alcohol and sugar. A resting period allows the mixture to harmonise and develop its distinctive blackcurrant flavour.
