The Irish Mist Honey Liqueur combines the long tradition of Irish whiskey production with the sweetness of the finest honey and a select blend of herbs. Since 1829, Desmond Williams has been producing traditional Irish whiskey in his Tullamore Distillery. Inspired by an old heather wine recipe, he began producing Irish Mist in 1947 – the first liqueur produced in Ireland and thus the precursor to all Irish whiskey liqueurs. Today, Irish Mist is known and appreciated far beyond the borders of the green island.

Its recipe is based on high-quality ingredients, including Irish barley, select herbs, and heather and clover honey. The original recipe remains preserved and is only refined with some subtle ingredients to perfect the taste. With an alcohol content of 35% vol., Irish Mist convinces with its harmonious balance of sweet honey notes, spicy herbs, and the gentle depth of Irish whiskey. It can be enjoyed neat, on ice, or in cocktails, and is also excellent for enhancing hot drinks like Irish Coffee.
