The Kübler Absinthe 53% Vol. 0.5 l + GB is a traditional Swiss absinthe from the famous Val-de-Travers, the birthplace of authentic absinthe. The brand's roots date back to 1863, when the Kübler family distilled their first absinthe in the Neuchâtel Jura. After almost a century of prohibition, Yves Kübler, the founder's great-grandson, revived absinthe production on October 10, 2001. Since its legalization in 2005, absinthe has once again been officially produced and sold in Switzerland – and Kübler was one of the first producers to continue this tradition in its original form.


Kübler Absinthe 53% is considered a modern interpretation of the historical recipe, meticulously revised to perfectly combine authenticity and taste. It is made exclusively from natural ingredients – without artificial additives or colorings – and predominantly uses herbs from the Val-de-Travers, including green anise, star anise, fennel, balm, hyssop, and coriander. The most important ingredient, however, remains wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), which has been cultivated in the region again for several years and shapes the characteristic, aromatic-herbal profile.
