The Blackwoods Vintage Dry Gin 2012 is made using hand-picked botanicals such as juniper, meadowsweet, water mint, angelica, coriander seeds and lemon peel. These botanicals are sourced from the Shetland Islands and lend the gin its natural freshness, floral elegance and subtle spiciness. It is distilled in traditional copper stills, ensuring exceptional purity and a clean flavour. Its vintage character – each harvest produces slightly different flavours – gives the gin its unique signature.
