Founded in 1839, the Dalmore distillery is located on the picturesque shores of the Cromarty Firth in the Northern Highlands and has a long tradition of whisky production. Dalmore uses the pure water of the River Alness, which flows through the small town of the same name, for its production, giving the whisky its distinctive character.

The Dalmore Cigar Malt is a blend of malts aged between 10 and 15 years in a careful selection of casks. These include ex-bourbon casks, American white oak casks, Matusalem Oloroso sherry butts, and casks from the renowned Bodega Gonzalez Byass.

The final maturation in Premier Cru Cabernet Sauvignon barrique wine casks gives this Scotch whisky its complex, deep aromas, which are perfectly matched to enjoying it with a fine cigar and give the Dalmore Cigar Malt its unmistakable sophistication.
