After 18 months of intensive experimentation with teas and botanical ingredients, his expertise resulted in an exceptional blend of twelve hand-selected botanicals. Among the special ingredients are grapefruit peel, Japanese Sencha and Chinese green tea, which lend the gin its elegant, multi-layered aroma.
