Can vouchers and tiered discounts be combined?
No, vouchers and tiered discounts cannot be combined. Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order. Items already benefiting from a tiered discount are excluded from additional discounts. Our delicando gift vouchers are an exception.

Why can't I redeem the voucher I received via the newsletter?
The email address stored for the newsletter must match the email address of the order. Furthermore, this email address must be stored during the ordering process for the voucher to be redeemed.
If a voucher has already been redeemed at EXPERT24, it cannot be redeemed again at delicando.
