Unfortunately, payment processes with Klarna sometimes get interrupted. As a result, we do not receive payment and cannot generate an order. In such a case, we would ask you to place the order again.
The unfulfilled order will be canceled by Klarna automatically within 10 days, and the amount will be refunded to you. If you still have problems with such an incident, it is best to contact Klarna customer service directly by phone: +43 720 883 820.
