What are the prerequisites for me to order as a caterer?

You must operate a catering business in Austria and be able to confirm this to us with a company document if necessary.

If you are unsure whether you meet the requirements for a wholesaler/reseller, simply contact our customer service, who will be happy to help you.

How do I register?

Click directly on "Register now" here. After entering your company data, click on "Complete registration".

Can I order without registering?

To enjoy all the benefits as a caterer, registration is necessary. Orders without registration are only available in the private customer area.

Why haven't I received an email confirmation for my registration yet?

Occasionally, emails end up in the spam or junk mail folder. Please check these folders in your inbox and add our email address to your contacts.

Can I cancel my registration?

Of course. Please contact our customer service for this.

Company data

Can I change my email address after registration?

Yes, you can change your email address at any time in the "Personal Data" section of your customer account. Should you encounter any unexpected issues, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Can I change my billing/delivery address afterwards?

Yes, you can change both the shipping address and the billing address for future orders at any time in the "Personal Data" section of your customer account.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter or by changing your email preferences in the account settings.
